Vendor Tent

 

Fee includes a table in the vendor tent, as well as an opportunity to set up displays throughout the park.  A map of vendor locations will be provided to guests.  Vendors may offer ticket sales at their location.

 

 

Vendor Rules

 

Fees are non-refundable.  All fees must be paid in advance of the Festival.  The deadline to submit the vendor application is March 31, 2019.  Each vendor reservation received will be notified via email and added to the list of confirmed vendors online.  Vendors are responsible for their own personal property and are responsible for maintaining compliance with codes and regulations. All vendors assume complete liability and responsibility for their participation in the event.  Each vendor must provide their own linens and clean up their area at the end of the event.  Linens will be available at cost by request.
